cosmopolitan, but particularly well represented in temperate regions. In Australia

These grains have 5-12 pores scattered all over and they are 4-5um in size, circular and are surrounded by a thick down ring. There is also a dark dot visible in the centre of the pore. These grains have a verrucate surface texture. |
